Job Description Responsibilities
•    Process and analyze drug/pharmaceutical data collected from hospital, clinic and drug store, standardize raw data based on mapping & master file, and do necessary quality check based on established systems and process
•    Monitors sales trends (volume, completeness, etc.), investigate any apparent anomalies and contact data suppliers/collection team to resupply the data. Makes changes to data as required.
•    Desk research drug information through internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy of reference.
•    Closely work with commercial team to provide prompt and precise feedback & resolution for data queries from clients based on data investigations.
•    Provide support for client BI platform.

Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required
•    Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    Detailed oriented with good analytical/problem solving skills
•    Demonstrated communication skills with a customer service focused approach
•    Experience from pharmaceutical company/distributor or background of pharmacy/data/statistics is a plus.
•    Strong PC literacy skill, including Word, Excel, and/or Access with basic understanding of relational databases.
