In partnership with our client, we are actively searching for Dental Prevention Sales Representatives to deliver on our commitment to serve patients. This exciting new focused sales team will be instrumental in launching a new technology in Dental prevention & care.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A Qualified Candidate for Dental Prevention Sales shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent)
  • Minimum one year outside sales experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of medical device, and/or dental/ pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Dental sales experience plus
  • Hygienist experience preferred
  • Documented sales performance (President’s Club, Top 10%)
  • Following experience is a plus:
    • Experience during college:
      • Working
      • Competitive Sports
      • Extra-curricular activities- especially in leadership roles
      • Military
  • 25%+ travel may be required
  • May need to work evenings and weekends as needed (conferences, programs, etc.)

  • Generate sales in line with assigned Territory quota
  • Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
  • Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products
  • Maintain a professional image for Client and Client Products
  • Participate in all required training and sales meetings
  • Plan and organize Territory to meet sales and call targets
  • Make sales presentations (Sales Calls) – individual, one-on-one, in-services
  • Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable
  • Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
  • Participate or coordinate lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate
  • Meet and collaborate with co-promotional partners (eg, authorized dealers) or counterparts (ie, Territory Sales Managers and Prevention & Care Advocates)

The potential base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
