Pharmaceutical Regional Field Trainer – East of England

IQVIA currently has exciting opportunities for Pharmaceutical Field Sales Trainers to join a specialist team providing training and development to Medical Sales Representatives across the East of England.
 
As a Regional Field Trainer you will be responsible for coaching and developing Medical Sales Representatives in the field, as well as developing, implementing and facilitating training workshops as required and other meetings that may be necessary as determined by the commercial team.
 
We are seeking goal orientated, driven coaches focussed on delivering results through others and able to work with people from varied backgrounds and different levels of experience to enhance selling skills and business acumen.
 
Candidates require proven expertise in coaching and successful track record of sales in the Pharmaceutical industry across primary and secondary care.

Qualifications

Proven successful experience in training and development within the pharmaceutical industry
High level of sales coaching & selling skills
High level of organisational & problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop productive partnerships
Highly motivated with drive & determination to succeed & willingness to adapt to change
In-depth knowledge of the NHS & ABPI code of practice
Good intellectual ability both numerically and verbally
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate pro-activity
