IQVIA currently has an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager Trainer to join a specialist team providing training and development to Key Account Managers across Yorkshire.

 

As a National Account Manager Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching and developing Key Account Managers in the field, as well as developing, implementing and facilitating training workshops as required and other meetings that may be necessary as determined by the commercial team.

 

We are seeking goal orientated, driven coaches focussed on delivering results through others and able to work with people from varied backgrounds and different levels of experience to enhance clinical skills and business acumen.

 

Candidates need to have a good understanding of the secondary care environment clinically as well as having payor experience (i.e how to access and motivate payors)

Qualifications

Proven successful experience in training and development within the pharmaceutical industry, especially across secondary care

High level of sales coaching & selling skills

High level of organisational & problem solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop productive partnerships

Highly motivated with drive & determination to succeed & willingness to adapt to change

In-depth knowledge of the NHS & ABPI code of practice

Good intellectual ability both numerically and verbally

Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate pro-activity

Proven payer experience
