IQVIA is recruiting for an experienced Medical Sales Director to work across the UK, Germany, France, Belgium and Nordics in the field of Oncology and Haematology.  The role of a Medical Sales Director is to lead new and/or existing teams with a varied customer base, drive sales, lead key customer relationships and instigate new processes and measures for sales success as well as being an integral part of the Operational Leadership team.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Second Line Manager/Business Unit Head with a strong background in key account management, sales and marketing experience, along with product launch excellence experience, demonstrable success in navigating the market across hurdles plus excellent partnership working capabilities to join the Integration Engagement Services division.
 
The successful candidate will demonstrate influential leadership, people and project management, plus a strong track record of sales delivery. You will possess drive, motivation and determination to succeed within a competitive market place, an in depth understanding of health economies, and have experience of market access and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Experience of managing international sales teams 

Excellent partnership working capabilities

Oncology and Haematology experience preferred but not essential

Well-rounded professional, working across a wide range of projects

Excellent leadership skills, persuasive communicator, networker and influencer

Entrepreneurial spirit, able to grasp the significance of opportunities and exploit the full term potential and in a fast moving environment

Strong presenter with gravitas

True people manager, passion for coaching and developing others with expert instrumentation

Autonomous, ability to make decisions and get results

Second language is desirable

Full current valid driving licence for EU

Eligible to work full time in the EU
