Provide support to the Business to ensure excellence in customer service and office management. Provide support to sales team, and organize and coordinate office operations in an efficient way to ensure an optimal work environment.

Responsabilities:

- Answering the phone; divert the calls, Order processing and tracking ensuring that all customer orders
- Production of a daily and weekly sales report
- Maintain office services
- All Customers, vendors, warehouse and distribution supplier
Tipo de contrato: 6 meses- 6 hs /día
Remuneración anual: 18,000 €/bruto anual

Requisitos

Requisitos: - Educated to primary and secondary school
- Previous experience in a customer service or telesales environment in - - Pharma and Office assistant
- Advanced Level of SAP and Microsoft excel
- Strong customer focus in all activities
- Organized and methodic: ability to plan and organize different vendors
- Demonstrated the ability to balance multiple changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrable success in dealing with external customer queries
-Ability to work on own initiative
- Proven ability to work to tight time based deadlines
- Significant experience of working in a sales support environment
- Fluent in English
- Ability to delegate
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment
- Positive attitude
