This will be an excellent first step for someone wanting to build their career in Contracts & Proposals!

This role will provide administrative support to the EMEA Contracts and Proposals (C&P) team. The C&P team develop and prepare contracts & proposals for assigned customers, to support the Global sales team.

You should be used to working in a fast-paced environment, are a good communicator and enjoy working as part of a team.
We will consider graduates, ideally those with some work experience in a coordinator/support position.

The career path for this role will take you to our Global Business Operations Team that has a dedicated training programme that upskills our proposals and contracts employees which gives them a real opportunity for growth and development helping to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities to expect as a Contracts & Proposals Coordinator:
• Set up and maintain proposals/contracts documentation files and records
• Coordinate the contract signature process and distribute/archive signed contracts
• Update and maintain internal database and tracking systems
• Prepare, analyse and distribute tracking reports
• Prepare supporting materials included in proposal and contract documentation
• Coordinate with other coordinators within the organisation to identify and consolidate support processes
• Provide adhoc support to the wider team
• Coordinate team meetings, planning appropriate medium (skype, WebEx, face to face etc) and prepare all requirements in advance
• Organise team social events

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
An interest in Contracts & Proposals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem solving skills
Strong organisational skills
Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and problem solve
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Ideally you will be educated to degree level, along with some related work experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
