For our Commercial, Product Marketing & Sales Solutions (IES) area, we are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Manager/ SFE based in Milan who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.
Perform project management, research, analysis, and report preparation on a wide range of projects. Assignments typically involve evaluating customer and competitor marketplaces and/or analysis of company performance metrics and capabilities utilizing primary and secondary research activities.


  • Development and implementation of the business intelligence strategy through collaboration with key stakeholders
  • To review and enhance the way in which the company tracks, monitors and reviews its field force including the development of regular reports to ensure tracking is continuous and that KPIs are in place, utilized and acted upon
  • Identify and utilize multiple types of market information and determine relevancy to implementation of strategy aligned with business needs
  • Design and implement methods of customer and competitor intelligence gathering and/or evidence generation
  • Explore data, identify and discover patterns, trends, inconsistencies, etc. of internal and external market data and develop/present analysis and solutions using this data to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders as well as develop and maintain relations with external service providers to maximize the cost-effectiveness of the company’s business intelligence activities.
  • To review and enhance the way in which the company tracks, monitors and reviews its field force including the development of regular reports to ensure tracking is continuous and that KPIs are in place, utilized and acted upon
  • To ensure that all sales operational and strategic analysis are completed on time, in a useable format and are accurate
  • Collaborate with other departments and business units in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Skill in gathering, interpreting, and reporting complex market data
  • Experience in all aspects of sales information including CRM systems
  • Skill in working with customer teams to understand business challenges, develop work plans, and present analysis
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interpret complex financial and operational reports

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and 7 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
