As a Key Account Manager, you’ll work to increase product sales through customer collaboration, using your superior networking and influence skills to access the right people. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the team’s trusted expert on account management, the current healthcare environment, and developing and delivering business plans across specific accounts. You’ll have a wide range of influence with customers, from administrative staff to senior clinical executives. You’ll orchestrate all key account efforts to ensure customers are delighted with our service.
